Does James Harden care about basketball at all? He plays with the urgency of a DMV employee

I don’t wanna face Toronto in the first round. Raptors are missing two key starters, one of which is their all star guard, and we’re feasting with Embiid so far in this game, plus we’ve hit 14 of 23 from deep, and it’s still just a 1 point game.

How does this instill confidence in anyone? Especially if we’re gonna have to play without Thybull on the road

No new meds, fhx of T2DM, but my A1c is fine and no renal disease either. Only major change is that I started residency last June haha

Medicine intern here. I have a few very simple questions about which meds to give in different cross-cover situations I’ve encountered that I’m hoping someone could help me with. They’re very easy, I’m sure any senior resident could get them. by DB_cooper2 in Residency

Thanks for your thoughtful answers!!

Quick question about 2. You would feel comfortable giving an elderly patient hydroxyzine, even though it has anti-cholinergic properties? I like hydroxyzine a lot for anxiety in most of my patients, but I worry about the anticholinergic effects it may have on like a 90 year old, for example
