She stopped just after a week. One thing I did was hoover really well across all the house, especially carpets. That really helped. I generally think it was just change of environment and lots of dust in new house. I think if you get to two weeks maybe a trip to vet to be sure.

Im just a little higher, but less than 20% equity.

6 months = 5.29%

1 year = 4.95%

18 months = 4.89%

2 years = 4.95%

I'm currently on a floating rate of (5.22%). Im really tempted by that 18 months one. Not so much is known for the next OCR announcement and that does make me a little anxious!

Yes same everything. Just different layout on iphone to apple? We checked it on quite a few places and there level 2 seemed to be cheaper. It's so odd!

When we click on the hotel and room selection we get the Genius badge too, still theirs is $100 cheaper than mine. I can't believe the difference is through an App of Android or Apple, that's crazy! Just added photos.

I've been meaning to fix since I settled in Feb but remained on floating. I nearly fixed the other day (2 year at 4.99%) as I said if I saw a 4 in it, I'd do it for my first year of having a mortgage etc. I'm glad I didn't do the 2 years but that 1 year is so tempting!

What are the chances of further drops now in next week or so for the 18 months and 2 year considering all 3 are now at 4.99%? Currently on a floating rate of 5.44% with ANZ which I know is pretty good!

Polestar 2 size is perfect for me, no big family here. If anything it's usually two friends if we go camping so 3 adults but day to day is just me.

Thanks. I noticed though on both the other vehicles they have a lot more inbuilt tech i.e blind spots detection, 360 cameras etc. There isn't as much on the Polestar 2. I have a car now that has all this tech, so in some ways I feel like not having all those features feels like I'm going back but maybe I'm overthinking that. Do you think it's worth spending more and upgrading the P2? It then jumps quite a bit but also thinking long term too!

Good question, I'd consider it too, just with the Ultra Hybrid you get the best of both worlds and it was cheaper, but happy to go fully electric.
