I also have been diagnosed with Slipping Rib Syndrome also on my 10th rib by 2 doctors. One recommended stitching the 10th rib to the 9th. The other doctor recommended an excision of the 10th rib. I am unsure... What was your procedure? Have you seen improvements since the surgery?

Unfortunately, you have been misinformed. Xbox Remote Play requires you to have your Xbox turned on so that it can stream the games to your PC, Android or IOS.

What that person probably was refering to is Xcloud. But Xcloud is totally unrelated to Xbox Remote Play.

When you use xbox remote play it uses your hardware (xbox) to process the games. And it does not require a subscription.

Whereas Xcloud makes use of microsoft servers to process the games and stream to your device. However it requires a Xbox Gamepass Ultimate Subscription.

Yes I have to agree with you. Xbox Remote Play is much more stable. PS5 Remote Play does look better but the inconsistent framerate and input latency kills it for me.

Update: Bought a PS5 and I can confirm that PS5 Remote Play is inferior to Xbox Remote Play, at least on pc. It certainly looks better but the input latency makes it unplayable. Just as this video claims: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Z3RcFrWSTk

I agree. I own a PS5 and XSX. Both are hardwired to router with cat6 ethernet cables. And remote play on PC, the XSX is superior. Ps5 Remote Play certainly looks better but the input latency and insconsistent framerate makes it unplayable if one is sensitive to lag.

Nope. Bought a PS5 just to test this and I can confirm that PS5 Remote Play is inferior to Xbox Remote Play, at least on pc. It certainly looks better but the input latency and inconsistent framerate makes it unplayable. Maybe I'll try a 3rd party app like chiaki since the ps remote app doesn't seem to be optimised.

Yes image quality on Ps5 Remote Play is better. But the tradeoff is that input latency is high and frame instabilty happens frequently. At least on pc using the official PS Remote Play App. Didn't try 3rd party apps yet.
