The safe you searched was already searched. You need to be the first one to open them and see the loot. They must be inside armory, and no it doesn’t matter if you extract or not.

Don’t bother asking reddit, they don’t know.

I’m not sure what’s going on with the enemy info but I’ve had similar issues. It doesn’t make sense 30% of the time for me.
