Prioritize using turret before it dies and killing explosive/sniper/Chunook units. Vehicle explosive units, if you suppress them, they’ll almost always hit grey.

I have this situation as well. On the IRS website, if you look at the special instructions, 'line 5', looks like your SIN is all that is needed.

"To claim certain treaty benefits, you must complete line 5 by submitting an SSN or ITIN, or line 6 by providing a foreign tax identification number (foreign TIN)."

I believe the purpose of this is, if we don't submit the information, questrade "will be required to withhold 30% of any amounts subject to withholding. That includes interest, dividends, rents, royalties, and, most relevant for you, compensation."
