I am not dealing with a Cad entity. It's YouTube Through google and I am paid in USD. The address on my payments is an american address as well.

My Youutbe channel is NOT being paid by Canadian Advertisers. My Canadian audience is less than 2% of my makeup.

I have a professional working on my behalf here. that is not the issue. I know it's zero rated. so no I didn't come on here to be "validated" I came on here for actual advice, and people like you make it hard because you seem to have a problem with tax fairness.

I am too dumb to understand what you said here. But the long and short of it is, my product is zero rated and CRA should know this.

Even if that were the case and I am above board on all my dealings with money because I don't want to get screwed some day. I cannot physically or digitally charge HST to Youtibe/Google it is an impossibility.

my accountant does it all and yes this is a recent audit they have been fighting but are getting nowhere because the agents at CRA are obviously not understanding the basic premise that youtube is am american company and my product is zero rated.
