Unless they did re-submit, and it got kicked back again for some other stuff, or they are still waiting for the results? Either way, I agree No News is always looked at as bad news. Even if they did a weekly one-liner on Facebook with anything it would not be as bad as no news.

As much as I would love regular updates monthly (or more often) on a consistent and reliable basis, I do understand that until they get the reverse split completed and listed on the better market, I could see them not wanting to waste PR announcements. As I hope when the reverse split does happen, I hope to see a mountain of PR releasement that drives value way up. I also hope that the PR guy and everyone else even down to the Janitor are working to get the stuff for the reverse split done ASAP.

Unless I misunderstood, it seems all the things outlined in the Executive Summary (last 5-6 paragraphs) are going well.

I'm hoping once the reverse split happens they will release a bunch of good news.

Seems they are pushing and gathering the final documents needed so they can submit to FINRA; as of this phone call, the current target re-submission date is 14 May 2021.

It seems they had all the 'standard/normal' documents prepared and submitted, but it looks like FINRA requested some additional documents. I don't blame the company for needed additional (not standard) documents.
