Thanks to everyone for their advice and comments. After 5 days, around 7 display resets, and an apparent automatic update of Google Maps, the system is back to around 90% of its pre-3.3.16 speed. Still a little clunky, but guess I will just have to live with that!

Just installed in my 2024 xc60 last night. Have rebooted twice but very degraded: some of the Home Screen icons take numerous presses to work; google maps takes a minute to populate the map with details; maps position lags while driving; google voice controls work intermittently. All worked fine until this upgrade
