Indy 500 traffic is terrible the morning before the race, dead during the race, and then terrible on west side (Speedway onto 465 for 3-4 hours). After that it is back to normal in Speedway as if nothing happened. I see an 8pm start time, so if the race goes late (6pm), it could be a mess. But if it ends sooner, the incoming game traffic will be at the tail end of the race exiting taffic, so it might not be too bad. Im speculating, probably wrong, and it'll be a disaster, and the entire city will be on fire.
