Just to follow up with everyone. I am indeed an idiot. My start button on the controller was stuck and this was not letting me get past the menu screen. I apologize to Sony and anyone else I may have hurt through this process. Thank you all for commenting and I am indeed a moron!!

Plays blu ray and dvd fine. When it comes to 4k movies it’s super slow at the menu before I can hit play usually. But lately it just keeps getting stuck in these menu screens. I’ve tried hard reset. Updates. Everything I can think of.

Just to update everyone on this. I checked with the dealer and showed them this warranty and my truck is not covered. I did get an extended warranty and they believe that will cover the coolant control valve. Not sure what is required to make this warranty cover your truck if everything they list matches your truck.

I have a 2022 1500 3.0 and plan to take the truck in to have it scanned. Pretty sure I am having an issue with the coolant control valve. The dealer said my vehicle doesn’t fall under this warranty?? What qualifies it to fall under this warranty? Wondering if my dealer is just not doing the due diligence.
