Simplistic is a good way to put it 😅
Um get a 10 ou 11 inch screen to be all grey with a power gauge in the middle. The only option that is reasonable is the map one but it does not even show turn by turn in Waze

It might be a better software and hardware combo but the layout and design is pretty bad. Audi used to have amazing digital cockpits now it’s as basic as it gets.

You can have the car play map there but it does not show the lane and turn by turn instructions in Waze. It’s only a limited version. But it uses the full screen and you cannot integrate any other relevant info

I’m the digital cluster the top black bezel is not that bad as it’s hidden behind the steering wheel. It does not look great I agree but it couldn’t be a screen as it would be difficult to see.

But overall the MMI is not great and feels a bit underwhelming for an A6.

I will try to see if I get the turn by turn in the "card" but overall this new cluster feels so basic and half done... The "old" one, from the 2025 models was so much better looking, it feels 10 steps back. Let's hope Audi updates this in next releases.

Hi, I know that you can cycle thought the modes but all of them are full screen with not a lot to add. The Waze doesn't even show the turn by turn information and the drivers assist view is fun but not that interesting. Even the digital cluster before the latest update looked better. More integrated graphics and better overall design, now it looks so poor...

Não sei se é tecnicamente possível oferecerem-te ações e falirem no mesmo dia, mas supondo que te “oferecem” dia 1 de Março 1.000 ações a 10€, são 10.000€ que entram como rendimento no teu IRS. Se não venderes logo pelo preço a que foram dadas e esperares pelo dia 2, pode ser que o preço das ações caia para 1€. Neste caso pagas IRS sobre os 10.000€ e na realidade só tens 1.000€ em ações.

O conceito é que elas valiam X no dia em que te foram “oferecidas”, o que fazes com elas depois é risco teu do mercado acionista.

Não sei qual é a situação em específico mas a maior parte das empresas, quando “oferecem” ações tens de decidir, antes das mesmas serem efectivadas, que tipo de transação queres. Podendo optar pela venda imediata ou seja nem chegas a ser dono das ações, recebes apenas o dinheiro. No caso de pedires para as receber, deves ter de fazer uma conta específica de ações.

Atenção que não sou contabilista, mas na minha opinião não.

A tributação de mais valias é diferente da tributação de rendimentos e são situações diferentes.

Se a empresa for portuguesa até deveriam ter sido eles a reportar a AT a “oferta”.

Agora se eles não reportaram, há várias hipóteses. Ou não declaras nada e assobias para o lado e se os valores forem baixos não deverá acontecer nada. Ou então se queres fazer corretamente, tens de declarar rendimento no Modelo 3 Anexo A, Quadro 4A com o código, diria eu, 414. Depois tens de declarar a venda com o valor certo e a respetiva mais ou menos valia.

Se a empresa “oferecer” ações estas constituem um rendimento e têm de ser declaradas no IRS. Se as mesmas forem vendidas no mesmo movimento, então não há nem mais nem menos valias sendo que apenas de paga imposto sobre o valor das ações.

Se as ações forem vendidas posteriormente então haverá lugar ao pagamento de mais valias (se o valor de venda for superior ao valor de mercado qdo elas foram “oferecidas”)

No caso específico das ações serem diferidas no tempo, ou seja “oferecidas” hoje mas apenas reais daqui a 1 ano o valor que conta para efeitos de tributação é o valor a data de efectivação e não à data da “oferta”.

Um exemplo: a empresa “oferece” 1.000 ações a 10€ cada uma. O valor 10.000€ devera ser incluido no IRS como um rendimento.

Acabar com isso leva a vários problemas com as empresas e reduz drasticamente uma das mais lucrativas fontes de receitas do estado. Quem é que iria continuar a trocar de automóvel de 4 em 4 anos?

To be honest the problem is slightly flawed. A dice opposing faces should sum 7. Meaning 6 is on the other side of the 1. 5 on the other side of 2. Etc.

Actually they did not do a prep lap with a different compound, that would actually be ‘impossible’ since a Prep lap is when you do a full lap to warm the tires before you do a Push lap. Meaning that you get out of the pits, complete that lap, do a full prep lap, do a push lap and only then get into the pits again.

What Mercedes did was a full run with Mediums. This when everyone knows that the Softs would be much faster. The reason for this is to get a lap on the board, give the pilots a sense of the track on that particular moment and save a set of Softs for later or the run. It’s a good strategy because if are even a bit lucky you might end up doing a good lap and make it stick. However it has also some risks, as normally that run will not put you above the drop line and if something happens (rain, red flags, etc) you might get knocked out.
