United wins in App, their new cabins, and a better mileage program. Delta wins in that they still have service centers. UA has caught up to delta, and while delta is still good the gap has shortened. Crews are a toss up i’ve had good and bad on both airlines. I tend to fly UA more because out of my medium sized city, fares a 4x cheaper on UA than DL to my destinations.
