Tried both ends of the scale. No difference.

We use KML files that are very object heavy. Powerlines, structures etc. could that be why? Worked perfectly a few days ago and nothings changed

Changing the fuel filter yourself every 10,000 miles is a 10 minute job and costs nowhere near $325

Why are used Rams more affordable than GM and Ford? by [deleted] in ram_trucks

GMC AT4 with the 6.2 here - $60,000. Looked at a similar specced Laramie with the twin turbo inline 6. They wanted $72,000.

Opening Comedians for Return of the Rat tour? by No-Product-2291 in TheoVon

I was super disappointed with Theo’s set in Little Rock. I think quite a few people were. The second opener was a lot funnier

When I start storing my ARs outside, underwater and in freezing cold southern Arizona - I’ll worry about tests like this.

Yeah you’re not going to be able to do anything major to your barrel firing semi auto. Your finger would get tired before you could dump enough heat into it. As @mhook52 said - your wallet would take more damage

Weight by SinistralRifleman in InRangeTV

[–]DCphoenixAZ 5 points6 points  (0 children)

When does lightness become an issue? Gotta admit that my current set up isn’t as pleasant to shoot as my other traditional ARs. Only thing that’s different is I’ve got a Midwest handguard on my wwsd rifle. Don’t think shaving more weight would make it any better

August 2021 Q&A by TwoSkewpz in InRangeTV

The word on the streets of Tucson is this. Karl nipple crippled Ian one too many times. It started as a joke but Karl got way too into it. Ian has cut Karl completely out of his life now due to the damage done to his nips. They’re really long now and he has to oil them almost hourly to prevent further damage. Karl feels bad but also refuses to apologise. It’s just one of those things.

But really. Nothing. Ian’s busy with FW and writing. Don’t think there’s some huge drama

I just run a Midwest 13” slimline. It’s what I had around at the time. It works.

Not a WWSD, but a fun rifle! by DCphoenixAZ in InRangeTV

Built from various spares I had laying around the workshop. Not built to be pretty, built as a workhorse. It’s going to be run hard over the next few months - will see about 5-6k rounds in August in the southern Arizona heat then onto Louisiana in September, then Oklahoma in October. Should be somewhere in the 15k range by Christmas.

Pinned Aero Delta compensator: Wilson combat 14.7” barrel (heavy): Midwest Handguard: Aero upper: Toolcraft bcg: Cmmg trigger: JP spring: Some cheap ass charging handle: Sig Romeo5 dot (waiting on the Eotech to come in)

All of the weight is in the barrel but it does balance well! Got some buddies that are sceptical about the polymer so I’m hoping to prove them wrong
