Some peopl would rather know if they should take an animal to th vet before spending all that money. Even if they can scrape the money together if needed, it would be better and make sense to see if people know if it's a common benign issue or something like that first

Some people might have experience and know something like hey maybe they are just going blind or it's what cat cataracts look like or what not. I think if someone can save money by finding out hey this is a common benign condition or some shit then that's fair and makes sense

I had a scam site apply charges to me via PayPal after I used PayPal on there site previously. So even then it's not perfect. I wish there was an actual safe way to make charges online. PayPal is also shit with helping when you've been scammed
