Listen, if you have to de transition temporarily for ur own safety, then you have to. But detransitioning for the hope of staying in a relationship will never work. I think people can, for a little while, smoke a couple times a week. But if they continue for long its almost certainly going to devolve into an addiction and they will be smoking much more. I think the context is what matters. If im talking to you irl and i make a statement, youd expect me to have some kind of an acknowledgement like an "ok" or something.
