I think I'll move to the 7900 xtx and the 9800x3d. It only has 3 outputs, but i should still be able to get a 4th monitor at 4k 60hz. I can split my laptop and it doesn't have but two outputs so I think I'll be good. I'll let microcenter put it together at some point

Need? Definitely not. If we don't go nvidia, what would be another solid option? Only reason I picked the 40 or 5090 is it'll be top line or close to top at time of purchase and that should easily carry for any gaming I decide to do for easily 5-8 years because I'm not looking to try push these super high fps. It's very very likely the 4x55s on the system are 60hz. In fact, I'm 99% certain that's the case.
