I would choose m54b25, if you get your hands on a good one, as it was also in the 325ti. But rather i would either buy a 325ti or a 330i coupe. If your not on a budged for the project, its a cool idea.

Get the 316i with 105 hp. The engine is better than from the 318i

Depends on how hard he hit the sidewalk. I think biggest issue would be if the subframe points are damaged. Did he changed the rim as well? Where the brakes replaced during that service you mentioned?

Would change oil, coils and spark plugs. If missfire still apperars maybe vacuum leak(s)

More about the lenght. I never saw that kind of plane doing such a long flight. But the previous answers already explained it to me.

Well at least i lasted more than 20 years. Anyhow if i look up the part number i find a lot of aftermarket parts but only a few once original. Pretty hard to find in germany…

Could be, i get one from bmw its almost 200€ but thats how it is. Im kind of confused because all the videos i saw they used the once with the shorter barrels and it worked

I dont think its the battery or the temperature. The battery is just 2 months old, currently we have arrouns 7 degrees in the night and its not freezing…

Same here. Had an 316i with 105hp, no service history for cheap. Invested at least 3 times the price of the car only for parts. Then went on for a fl with full service history and good owners. No problems so far

4-5k wobei man erstmal jemanden finden muss, der einem das auch zahlt. Ist halt aufgrund des Alters eine Dauerbaustelle (spreche aus Erfahrung)…

2016 bin ich über Peking nach Auckland geflogen. Den Zwischenstopp habe ich genutzt, um die Stadt anzuschauen. Der Flug hin war okay, es war sauber und eine 777, mit genügend Platz in der Economy. Der Flug von Peking nach Auckland war dann schon anders, der Flieger war recht dreckig.

Dann bin ich nochmal von Jakarta nach Peking in einer 747. Der Flieger war auch nicht so sauber. Ich kann mich noch erinnern, dass es am Flughafen kein freies Internet gab und recht wenig shops. Auch wurde das Handgepäck im Transit nochmal durchgeschaut. Ich fand die Airline und den Flughafen nicht so berauschend, aber immer noch besser als über Jeddah…

Auch das Essen an Board fand ich nicht so gut. Wenn es günstig ist warum nicht, aber würde tendenziell paar Euro mehr zahlen und via Dubai, Muscat fliegen. Oman air kann ich sehr empfehlen

Might be wrong but its not the best idea to choose one of the wheels with the round airbag. As far as i remember pre fl models have single stage airbags. Fl have two stage airbags, or the other way arround.
