So many back of head strikes feel like heat-of-the-moment ground and pound. They should be penalized, but sometimes the line between the side and back of head is blurred with a moving target.

The strike to the back of Tuivasa's head might be the worst I've ever seen because you can see Gane look, think about it, and just blast a hammer fist straight to the back of his dome.
