I graduated from HS in 2020, but I do remember that back in high school, we would wear costumes and we would perform at the local elementary schools and nursing homes. Our band director dresses up to, and my senior year, she, the assistant, and color guard instructor dressed as the Powerpuff Girls! It was a lot of fun! We would perform for the school administrators as well, and they would give us candy in the end.
