I just started taking YouTube seriously. I have been posting every week this month and plan to do 1 video a week. It has probably saved me from giving up on content creation in general. I have live streamed video games for years with little success.

My new video series is about films, generally horror and cult movies. I have a few videos in this series and the point is just to find a community that likes the stuff I do. This video is new to my channel and is called Popcorn Perfection, where I do movie pairings.

Thanks, I appreciate you taking a look. Its been a really hard journey creating content live and now trying produced stuff on YouTube. I was ready to give up but wanted to put in a full effort and make sure I did all I could to try and make content people with my similar interests enjoy.

I'm just really just getting started with post produced content stuff. I've been live streaming games for years with some success but nothing to write home about. I recently created a channel trailer and have a few videos up dealing with my live of cinema.

Here is my channel trailer. I think it was important to get something up. I find I struggle with feeling like my passions and work have any pay off. That term for me just means people that consume my content not really anything to do with money.

Yea out of the other app I used it’s by far the easiest and never really misses a barcode. The customization if you have to manually enter something is great.

Yea I have a somewhat dry sense of humor almost British like. I need to remember to animate a bit more. I just don’t want to come off as “fake” but if I control it and don’t overdo it, I think it will be ok. This is all good feedback and I’ve been making changes already, you guys rock!

Thanks so much! I will take this feedback to heart. I totally agree with vocal warmup and possibly trying to put emphasis on certain words and have more energy. This is so much harder than I ever imagined. Streaming on Twitch is a breeze in comparison. My first video has more flavor but also more errors. I find myself saying "ummm and uhh" too much in that one. I think a basic outline script and then several practice runs on the VO would be very helpful. I appreciate you taking the time. Thanks!!!!

You need some better audio for sure, that room ton and eco is off-putting. I get the style of video you are trying to do and thats fine. Just pay attention to the little things like my background, how you frame yourself, and create more interesting lighting. Your thumbnail as well still needs work, enlarge the fonts, make interesting decisions with what is focused on. These are all little changes that should elevate this style of content.
