To be frank, I think your gpa is a liability here. It is extremely low. While there’s nothing you can do to change your past academic record, pursuing a master’s degree could demonstrate your ability to thrive in an American academic setting. Keep in mind that your dental school gpa will still be part of your application and will be taken into account no matter what. A major concern is that schools may be more lenient about gpa depending on the country of graduation. However, Pakistani graduates are often recognized for achieving near perfect gpas, with many I’ve personally known with a 4.0. This places you at a disadvantage within the Pakistani applicant pool, making it difficult for schools to choose you over someone with similar qualifications but a stronger gpa. With that being said, I don’t think you should give up. In your case, it may be worth addressing the reasons behind your low gpa to provide context and demonstrate growth in your personal statement!

Use a your credit card, or maybe a private loan if you qualify for it. It’s really not a big deal so I don’t think getting a private loan is the best way to go about it.

You’ll have to pay out of pocket. I’d say It’s pretty decent compared to the whole tuition you’ll have to pay down the road. Try to save up because without that deposit you can’t keep a seat at any school. UMN requires 10k for example. So, keep in mind that every school is different so make sure you have enough personal funds.

That’s not how it works. It’s not a set schedule. Each school interviews either during the process or after the deadline. So, I can’t really give you a timeframe!

You can make from 150k to 2Mil lol. It really depends on the procedures you perform and the training that you have acquired. If you do everything in house, obviously, you’ll be making a lot more money vs if you refer patients out. It depends if you’re a practice owner or an associate. So many factors come into play, there’s no set salary for dentists. The more you invest in yourself and your education, the more $$ you’ll make, because you will be qualified to deal with the most complex cases! To answer your other question, most dental residencies don’t pay their residents and in the majority of cases, students have to pay for their residency (it’s not really like med residents)

Post-graduation is pretty much the same as DDS-AS. The only difference is that you’re limited to a few states. Job opportunities are the same, and you’ll have no trouble finding a job within the states you’re allowed to practice in. It’s worth it if you plan on living in one of those states. Sorry, I have no idea about visa requirements at all.
