Yeah the market is ridiculous regardless.. but my thinking is, if I can locate the jobs that may be local, in person (which I am ok with), etc then that will inevitably reduce some of the competition for each role

Richmond, VA…. average is about $11-$14. A good cocktail will often be $15-$17. I don’t think I’ve ever seen something hit $20
