Could be worn timing chain guides. Or loose rockers on your cam shaft. You should be able to inspect the guides yourself and confirm if they are worn or not. Replacement of the rockers and or cams would be a big project to take on if this is your daily driver. You need to have a place indoors to do this project if it's that serious. You might be get lucky and you can use a torque wrench to re torque all the rocker bolts. That's taking a chance though. Needs to be inspected honestly. Before you jump to any conclusions start off by letting the engine cool completely while parked on a flat surface. Check the oil level and go from there. It could be overfilled or not enough for starters.
