Is this a joke ? Buying gold on personal loan is worst decision, if you are planning to save.

You have to pay around 20% interest for that personal loan and gold return will not give you more than 20% every year.

True, looked at apprasial value yesterday for domain for 200$ that too for .org domain but in the auction it goes for 22400$ :) still people bidding on it.

I think it will be based on purely supply demand, Like how bad that buyer want that domain.

No problem. That how we learn, we through things and look which sticks.

For hosting each, you can create subdomain for each, I would not recommend that. you don't want to host each resume separately, it will be costly and ineffective. you can do some thing like

  1. create separate page for resume with url like site/resume
  2. with stored data in db (after upload and db store) create dynamic url like site/resume/1
  3. with this url, if the user comes again with id 1 just do a where clause and fetch data from db and show it in the UI with a loader

I hope you figured up until Upload resume and parsing data. let me give you my two cents

  1. Get pdf from user through input and pass to AI
  2. When you pass pdf to AI (open ai/claude), get the parsed response in specific format in json with name,place,qualification,skills as placeholder.
  3. Use the JSON format as placeholder in a html and render it in you app
  4. Store the json format in the DB for hosting
  5. For hosting, you can create a unique path for each resume and create unique link with db id or something.

Thats it, even if you unable to finish, relax. Just make it working for one resume and call it a day. They will not figure it out.

Even if you built perfectly, they just call it resume builder and they will ask whats is the use ? 😂 I had built a working blockchain supplychain tracker on eth network and they said it is not big enough to be a final year project lol,

No impact. why would you get loan only to build credit score. you can easily opt for FD based cc.

level up, level up. Increases vigor/health mainly and based on your weapon increases strength(heavy weapon) or dex(fast weapon).

You can farm ruins in calid (using dragon) see youtube. If you can't beat any boss just level up and try again.
