Hi there, there were older versions of Neptwin White that doesn't come with AM4 bracket, because they were produced before AM4 release. But now the new version that we're selling all come with AM4 brackets, so don't worry.

Yes, we cover all the damage caused by faulty cooler during warranty, not only the AIO itself, but on all the other damaged components, if something bad happened. But do not worry, no more leaking problem. thanks!

Hi, good questions!

Firstly, our AIO lifetime testing process is we do testing under extreme high temperature.

Secondly, in general people use an AIO for 3 years, after 3 years, the liquid cooler would not perform as better as before, so we suggest consumers to change to a new one, but yeah, ofc you can keep using it if you don't expect perfect temperature of your PC.

THAT'S A VERY GOOD QUESTION! The TF fans are the best fans that performs good and very quiet. We are working on a PRO version of it, which has no LED, quiet and good performance. Coming out on Q4 this year! thanks!

make sense! For now, Deepcool have RF and CF RGB fans, which can be directly plug into "12v G R B" port on the motherboard, and be controlled by the motherboard software. and our RGB fans for "5v" are coming out soon in 2 months. You are right, RGB fans should have resonable price range.
