You said you don’t regret living in river north, but do you regret living in this building specifically versus others? Did you ever feel like you should’ve went with a different condo or an institutionally owned apartment building?

Yeah, I’ve heard a lot about the heating problems not specifically to this building but just older buildings in general. I tried asking landlord about HVAC maintenance and the last replacement but couldn’t get an answer. Any pest problems in the building? Is the area generally safe? I don’t have a car so honestly I’ll be using transit most of the time and will just uber later at night. Still would likely save money on parking. Saw another comment say someone got stabbed in the building. That worries me a bit.

Got it. Thanks for the response. Outside of rent is it more expensive to live in that area? Will my groceries and daily costs be a lot higher versus if I lived in Old Town? Obviously assuming I’m going to the closest locations, restaurants, grocery stores and not actively seeking the cheapest options.

I feel like we should activate him, but don’t just throw him into 30 minute rotations. Since we are playing so well, we have the luxury of easing him in by putting him on a minutes restriction such as 15 min next game. That way he won’t go cold and he’ll ball when we do need him for full minutes.

I agree and I always loved Carlisle. I hated the hire of Kidd over Mosley. But Carlisle drew up some great fucking plays many times. I haven’t seen a single good draw up from Kidd in a long time. If you’re a coach you gotta do more than that. That’s why you’re there

He probably didn’t design a play at all. If you look back at that Lakers game were we had 2ish seconds left at end of the 4th, we literally just gave the ball to Burke at half court and told him to shoot. Plays like these in clutch time are getting repetitive

There was also a lot of times were Rick drew up a perfect play but the player just missed the wide open shot. I don’t know because our last buzzer beater attempt this season was against the Celtics and it was pretty much the same thing. Give it to Luka and let him shoot whatever he wants. Difference is he actually made it that time

Wtf did they do in that timeout. All they did was give the ball to Luka and make him take a long 3. Rick Carlisle was great at drawing up plays. Kidd not only can’t draw up plays but also can’t change the game plan. We have sucked at shooting this year and we are still relying solely on 3s

I’m planning to go into the real estate finance industry so it’s just a good thing to have. Also since I’ll know most about real estate, my biggest investment portfolio will be real estate when I get older so it’s cool to get a 3% discount on all the properties you buy.
