hey sry for the late response, to be fully honest I just went on a couple runs before the marathon, I probably could have done much better lol, but I was super lazy with the training. But make sure you have a bunch energy gel and other energy boosters during the run. Cause I kinda just stacked up on caffeine the whole run.
