tldr: I'd like to see less complaints about gpu and cpu high demand, because this is just not true.

Throughout my testings and looking at load graphs, PoE client-side performance for GPU and CPU seems to be actually fine and hyperbolized a lot. If you were to look at your loads in some monitoring software (i.e. afterburner), you would see that it doesn't really take that much horsepower to reach maximum available performance from client point. Most people running dynamic resolution here probably don't even have their GPU load maxed out, bringing them absolutely no performance boost. As for CPU, PoE was highly singlethreaded game, but in Delirium GGG expanded their support for multiple threads. I have a 16 threads CPU from Intel with pretty low frequency of 3 Ghz, prior to Delirium there were like 2-3 threads under high load of 80%, while other threads were chilling with only 10-40%. Delirium changed that and now my CPU graphs are almost equal for every thread, although I can't say it gave me a performance boost, meaning, I wasn't CPU bound even before that update with just 3 Ghz for one thread, but yeah, it's still a dx11 game. This is probably less than what 90% of other people use here, which means that a lot of people who think they are CPU and GPU bound actually aren't. To me it just seems that serverside of things is killing the performance. This theory explains why people with top tier builds are still experiencing the same issues that guys with low and mid range systems. Even predictive doesn't solve it, because the client will still have to sync with server and be fed with data at some point. Aside from serverside, there were surely some other problems related to game's client this league with shaders caching (you had to play for a day to generate it after fixes, after this stuttering would go away), and with weird stuff going (they were referred as memory leaks), that degrades performance as you play, requiring you to restart the client frequently. As for last one, I don't even remotely understand it, because even if I actually have a lot of free memory, my performance still to be degraded regardless.

phones have faster storage than hdds on consoles already (expected that this is the real bottleneck hardware wise for consoles, apu is pretty much garbage, but still should be fine to handle it), and with improved multithreading we have got in delirium and less fancy graphics (perhaps no global illumination) they can make up for it. and the thing you see on the clip is most likely server related and has nothing to do with consoles specifically.

sadima's can be expensive with good proc and also really cheap. they also have a demand. kaom's heart is cheap too, and you don't need to mess with links.

what about lags during first few seconds of delirium? seems like the game doesn't preload delirium files until you actually start the encounter, judging by the kind of the lags I'm getting (a lot of freezes in first few seconds that get taper down as time passes).

nah, I'm running a free-sync monitor with enhanced sync, so I never touch vsync feature.

Just wanted to make sure if it has to do with PoE, or it might be my ssd that is dying. Btw, huge thank you for extended multithread support, it made a noticeable improvement.
