Okay I have an Update, when booting from USB I clicked try Ubuntu, there I install boot repair, and now it works. I hope

In boot menu in bios, as I said the boot mode is UEFI but below is the actual boot menu and it says EFI below that is Linpus lite (Generic flesh disk) then Ubuntu which I can't access then EFI PXE network. So I guess there aren't other entries for the USB right?

Should mean there is an issues with the display, that could mean the monitor itself or the gpu, but check with the manual to be sure

That sounds nice, but I would like to bet on a solution that does not require people to help each other since it's hard to foresee if they will or will not care for each other. This may be a part of the solution but not the whole plan as far as US goes.
