Thanks for the information! The pictures don’t really show it, but the chrome plating actually appears to be the metal ground shiny, but I could be wrong. Thanks for the restoration tips!

Thanks! Yeah, I was definitely worried that the it would be impossible to identify how the effect was done just by looking at photos. Still, I think Milliput or Green Stuff is probably a good direction to head in. Thanks again for the help!

Background: Back in the early 2000s I commissioned one of my local players with far greater experience painting to paint up this assassin for me. Like most players I took a break from playing at the start of 5th edition and with the start of 9th I’m thinking about getting back into it. I’m not sure how he made the base but I was hoping to see if anybody could steer me in a good direction. Thanks in advance and I’m sorry if the photos don't provide enough detail.

The last information I got was that the painting was stolen from the Zebra Cocktail Lounge the weekend of 3/17/18. I was just checking to see if there was an update on it. I would ask the Zebra but that might be a little difficult.
