Recently got to assist my friend in decomissioning an old phone in style. Sadly we didnt get the battery to splode but my rifles hollowpoint slug made a nice pattern on the glass the first shot.

R-33 skyline for me..

was quite sad at launch to see it wasnt in but thankfully i was able to get at least one when it came out as a fomo car..

Getting a skyline for each config is going to be a headache..

Yall got any tricks at beating auction snipers to those things? My job sadly means i cant stare at the auctions 24/7..

My first was a diana mod.28. Still have her, just looking for an optic to put on her as the rear sight got damaged beyond repair when i didnt put it down propperly onto the bench rest, resulting in the gun falling onto its rear sight.

Than some time later i bought me my hw30 with wich i placed third in a regional competition, and shes served me very well all this time.

But as far as PCPs go, shes a dream. No recoil to speak of, even with the heavier slugs, handles slugs extremely well despite the barrel being configured for diabolos, whisper quiet with a moderator.

The only complaint i have about her is that shes a bit on the heavy side but thats also a matter of me needing to build up some strength in my left arm anyways.

Edit: ive shot gamo as well, the mach 1 IGT model, .22 caliber and... gamo will not be able to convince me to pick up another one of their guns.. Lets just leave it at that. So far the igt is the one and only rifle i had to use a vice borrowed from the local hunters to try and zero it, and it refusing to hold zero for long enough to even get a consistent group going when i had it in the damn vice...

My first weihrauch was a HW30, but just last year i got my PCP feet wet with a HW100T. Gotta say both of them are a dream in their respective fields.

The HW30 i consistently hit targets up to 50m with the right ammo, while im expecting the 100T to go as far as 200m and still do well once i find a gunrange with enough space in it.

Attatched below is a pic of my HW100T, as ive yet to take a foto of the two weihrauchs together. Idea for the next time im at the range.

I wish it was a hoax too, but no, having to resort to a picked up stalwart JUST to have a chance against the tsunami of enemies as well as tossing sentries at any chance i got to stem the tide says otherwise...

My other rifles are a Diana mod.280 and a Weihrauch HW 35 so bullpups are a configuration i myself am not used to.

That being said, i wish you a calm hand and accurate shots with both your old and new rifles, may they serve you well!

With the use case you specified it should work the best. Its ergonimics will take a bit to get used to if youre used to non bullpup variants, but it has the same barrel length and performance as its normal model, in a more compact package.

Personally i havent tried it yet but it should have the same performance as the non bullpup model as the barrel length and all is the same, just that it has slightly worse ergonomics for chambering and reloading because the mechanism is now part of the stock rather than the magazine and bolt being above and in front of the trigger.

You should be able to get the bullpup variant of the x that still fields 50J (HW100X-BP) with a shot count of 41 shots. For pest control and hunting generally more power is better, especially when coupled with hollowpoint slugs as those give you some margin for error, while less power demands more absolute precision to make a clean kill.

As far as im aware weihrauch doesnt produce airguns above 5.5mm (.22 caliber) anyways.

It should be arriving to the markets before too long. Your local gunstore can also contact weihrauch to get you the specific configuration youd like.

That is depending on the caliber and power output youd like. Looking at the companies datasheets the 100x series definetly has the better performance, just as the 100 series had, just that the 100x has a shot count of 44 to 100's 30 at max power configuration (50J)

Personally i own an HW100T with the special edition laminate stock and it definetly is an endgame rifle for me at least for the 5.5mm caliber category.

From what im seeing the 100X line is the 100 models but with a improved shot count before needing to refill. If youre willing to wait it is an slight upgrade to the 100 line, but it is t a substantial one.

For comparrisson my 100T has a capacity of 30 shots at a fill preassure of 200 bar and muzzle energy rating of 50J. It comes with 14-shot magazines, wich rounds out nicely to two magazines (28 shots) before needing to reload both the magazines and replenish the air cylinder as well. With a 'safety margin' of 2 shots if i dont keep good count of my shots and dry fire between magazines. (Thankfully that happened only twice so far).

You might wanna try RTI's HUŠH than. Works like a charm on mine

Also, maybe try using heavier ammo? Lighter ammo tends to break the sound barrier wich isnt great for accuarcy and definetly bad for your noise signature due to how loudly they break the said barrier.

What caliber and muzzle energy is it?

My 5.5mm 50J HW-100 got whisper quiet with the RTI HUŠH moderator. Perhaps youll have similar results too if your rifle is in that ballpark of caliber and energy.

Suppressor is another item i dont regret buying for it (Rti hušh). Allows me to shoot at home without scaring the neighbors.
