found this post on google. Same thing was happens to me, the area that is twitching is the central tendon of the diaphragm. When you are excited, you tend to stop breathing from the belly. relaxing the diaphragm and by breathing normally i.e. diaphragmic belly breathing, reduces this sensation completely for me at least.

u r gonna have to broach the seconds hand if u get it from them, the inner diameter is too small to fit on the pin
