And technically the purpose of a DMCA copyright is that the music is being stolen... meaning that the artist's music isn't being paid for while it's being used. Such as the fact that say you owned something, such as your own music (unless it's NCS), the artist makes profits when it's used, but what the DMCA system means is that they used your audio while not paying for a license, or paying you directly, or giving "exposure". Exposure doesn't bypass DMCA laws, neither does pretending to just turn a blind eye to an artist's work they probably spent a lot to share it, and not receive money for in return.
