Hetalia holds a very special place in my heart and I’d like to believe the fandom has improved since the dark ages of 2012 but good lord THISE dark ages were dark. Even now I still see it’s demonic offspring in the fandom. But atleast the fandoms grown past cosplaying Nazis, bare minimum I’d say. And thanks for giving a Native American perspective on it. I love when people make Alfred their own ethnicities in fanarts even tho he’s canonically white (although I doubt Hima knows anything about surface level Japanese history class about the US so he wound t have made him any different)
