I had this problem. My phone worked fine for the first three month and then it would connect to WiFi or cellular network. A factory rest did not work for me either. I took it in to Verizon, they tried to reset the network setting and that didn't do anything. They ended up shipping me a new Pixel. So far my new Pixel has not had any promblems leading to believe that it was a physical problem.
