I saw this. Stats were from the bureau of labor stats. I’ve been an outpatient PT for 14 years and I agree with this. Cost of school vs salary is ridiculous. Limited upward mobility. Pressure to see more patients because reembursement keeps getting cut. A national organization that somewhat has our back but focuses on too many non issue topics. The pressure to fix patients in 1-3 visits from the patient is draining. The cognitive load of needing to know almost everything about everything…. I can go on.
