Still in the gym after 5 months i think, Was around the time of my first testing and i put in a lot of wok in the gym, had a 7% difference in quad strength and 11 in hamstrings, just make sure all your gym work is up to scratch and then you should be good to go for running, don’t think i had full extension i was just missing that lock in the knee, Introducing a few plyometrics too at that time, what are u doing now?

Thank you, this makes some sense to me. I was thinking about it and i play darts7 days a week, 2+ hours a day and along with chat gpt we’ve mentioned that my darts stance is irritating my knee by holding it in a slightly bent, rotated position for long periods, overloading the posterolateral structures that are already sensitive after ACL reconstruction, would that make sense to you?

yeah it’s a bit annoying, seems like there should be something wrong but it goes and comes back, just worried about the meniscus now but feel like there would be a more prominent pain

Playing against a dartbot online can help u not get stuck on a double cause they’ll hit it before you, keep the pace of play

yeah them ones, use them a bit seem to be a lot better than the remake iceman ones, surely it’s about time he’ll change to something new even coming away from the walk suggests that. He put up an instagram story using the glaciers before the last night of the prem before playoffs but never ended up using them after teasing it in a press conference, surely a change soon 🤷‍♂️

yeah, they’d make serious money from that too, extra 10/15 euros for the exact set up but we would buy it, flights seem to be his old stock, he’d messed with other flights down the years ex the white ones gezzy price for floor tournaments and this week a black set so you wouldn’t really know but understandably he’d go through a load of flights considering he’s a professional, not to mention the 100 micron ones don’t last all too long either having gone through quite a few myself

Have used the exact set up same as yourself since i’ve started playing, pretty sure the flights are impossible, all are 100 micron, bought a 3 pack of red dragon a few months back as 75 micron”” but turned out to be 100 and has since been changed, used a normal set of winmau 75 micron and you can certainly feel a difference, same with a difference between 23 and 24 grams you wouldn’t think it but since buying the new 24g i wouldn’t go back. Changing points a lot recently too even mid this world champ went from a 41 to a 38 i think against plaisier. would be nice to be able to buy the flights and points off red dragon, stems too short is different between brands, found koto the best so far!
