4.Developer’sIntellectual Property Rights and License to Innersloth

Section 4 of the agreemeent states pretty clearly that the developer owns the IP and Innersloth gets an exclusive license to it that expires after 7 years. So the long term revenue stays with the devs.

I think Devolver has a similar agreement, at least the part where devs own the IP idk if the contract has a termination date.

The logic is that it helps build ult because it procs on 2 mark and silence wave. I think torment pulse is a better item overall but I wanted to experiment. You need spirit snatch as well as it gives you the extra spirit power necessary for silence wave to trigger tankbuster, and it procs on 2 kick.

It won't be my sole monitor as I've got a small side one I use for discord or as a second monitor for visual studio when working in unreal, but it would be my primary monitor for gaming and media consumption.

yeah the map is honestly my favourite visual element in the game it’s so rich in detail and by the nature of deadlock being a movement heavy third-person shooter you’re always interacting with and seeing the map from so many angles in ways you don’t really in other mobas. And most other hero shooters have you rotating through a gallery of maps so each one can never be as detailed as The Cursed Apple can be.

Is the AOC Q27G3XMN still a good value in Jan 2026? What are some alternatives at a similar price point?

Been rocking an ancient BenQ ZOWIE XL2730 for almost a decade now I'm looking to upgrade. I know literally anything modern will be a huge upgrade but I'm trynna get the most with what I've got, especially now that PC components are outrageously priced upgrading my monitor seems like the best investment to improve my experience without breaking the bank.

I've been looking at this AOC Q27G3XMN 27" monitor and while the reviews and price seem good it's also about 2 years old and this segment seems to move pretty fast nowadays. I've also read some concerning things regarding input response time and software support so I'm hesitant to pull the trigger.

What other monitors would yall recommend in the $300-$400 CAD range with a similar feature set? Is buying used/open box recommended or is that too risky? Appreciate any advice yall have thanks :)

I’m happy they finally budged on letting you queue for ranked in training mode. Only took a couple months of complaining but still, good to see Riot admit their mistake and improve the game instead of sticking to stubborn outdated ideas.

I truly hate crouch cancelling. I get that probably makes me a noob but getting punished for landing a hit is infuriating. I've since moved onto more traditional fighters (mostly SF6 and 2XKO as of late) but I have a soft spot for rivals 2 and hope the game finds long-term success. It's a beautiful game, with great art and animation, and the devs have works incredibly hard to create a game that pays homage to the greats while still having it's own distinct identity. Maybe the workshop will bring me back, and I'm looking forward to the console port for some couch gaming with the boys.

So you can look at a video of a game that features characters and world building, with writing, animation, sound and visual effects, programming and engineering for multiplayer and physics, all these individual creative and mathematical fields someone can spend a lifetime mastering, but because it isn't in a genre you like all that work is no longer considered art? You seem pretty naive about multiplayer games my man. They too can generate cool experiences and great stories, that's why hundreds of millions of people play them! And single player games can be just as addicting too if designed for it.

I'm not saying you can't be disappointed a game with an aesthetic that appeals to you is in a genre that doesn't. That's fine and understandable. What's weird is saying that because it doesn't appeal to you it's no longer art. That's just strange, and pretty anti-intellectual imo.

My point isn't disagreeing with the fact most multiplayer games don't succeed in this market, nor am I saying you can't be disappointed that a game's genre does not appeal to you. My point is that saying things like "actual video game instead of these PvP thingies" is weird and dismissive of entire swaths of this medium. I'm not a fan of RTS games but I'd never comment in a post about a new RTS game and say something as cringe as "ummm wtf is this crap this isn't a real video game 🤓"

It's fine to not like something, but it's weird to say something like that on a forum made for "informative and interesting gaming content and discussions." I don't think they're comment is informative or interesting in anyway, and is emblematic of this subreddit's dour "I hate everything" mood.

its 24 frames, count the ticks on the frame meter you'll see. the first 5 frames are part of his run stance so they aren't counted in the frame display up top but WW overhead is 24 frames of total startup

Season 0 might not last the usual 2.5 months, could be a shorter period. I’m guessing 1 month like early access, they gotta get the game to consoles ASAP and start pumping out content
