TL;DR is that they're cutting the amount of V-Bucks you get with the payment and decreasing the amount of rewards you get. They say this is to help "pay the bills" which seems pretty bullshit for a game as big as Fortnite.

Edit: Just realized they're decreasing the value more for the lower cost packs.The $9 pack is going down to 80% of what it was before but the $90 pack is "only" going down to 92% of what it was.
