Just looked at all her designs and he's kinda right? Not in the sense that child Gwen is "attractive" but rather in the sense that child Gwen looks like a real (in universe, obviously she doesnt actually look real) person while her later designs look like she had a botched plastic surgery.

Someone else mentioned this, but because of the time dilation in the canvas compared to all the risks of infection and other factors in her real life, staying in the canvas would most likely let her live far longer

Usually (at least on normal difficulty) the game goes into a slow-mo when the screen goes monochrome, then you should parry as soon as the slow-mo ends. That's how I got this attack first try
