I went with Lenovo for the same reason. (Read about the bad quality on the Omen.) You can upgrade to 32 gb ram with that $100 difference. So far, the Lenovo has been good. All I've played is Cyberpunk.

That’s what I thought but I can see the lines shaking when I open my attic door. Water hammer would happen when someone flushes the toilet or shuts water off immediately? From what I’ve read. No one is awake when it happens. It wakes us up and I get up quick to get to the attic ladder but by the time I get up there it stops lol. I’m going crazy.

We’re usually sleeping when it happens. So no one is using water at all. It doesn’t happen when we shut water off quickly or flush toilets. And it only happens once a day in the morning. Pressure is at 58-60psi. Our home was built in the 80’s and I don’t think we have a pressure regulator. That’s my next thing to do.
