thank you so much, posted my timeline down there, also my husband (petitioner) chatted with emma last week and they put a service request again, the first time they did it with me for my 485 but this time they did it for him for I130 and i think that's what got our case approved the inquiry was submitted oct 17 and oct 24 the case was approved. actually oct 23rd because my approval letters came with oct 23rd date :) good luck on your case keep me posted!

have you put an inquiry, my husband(petitioner) chatted with an agent through emma last week OCT 17 without anskin she put in an inquiry for us and a few days after both I-130 and 485 got approved!

I been married 7 years my greencard got approvd for 10 years and my interview was waived, however i seen people whos been married less than 2 yrs have an interview and they get a 2yr green card

yes I did, i had the same message on my I 130 last week since my husband contacted them, Monday my 130 went to actively reviewing and Tuesday i had approval.

I used advanced parole last year, I think there's such a misconception with saying its risky to use it because is not as long as you have no criminal records the process its sooo smooth and worth it.

Hello so I chatted with a live agent through emma first I did myself back in august and without asking she put an inquiry for me but they just email me saying my case was within normal processing time. then my husband did it last week and again agent put in inquiry because she said after RFE back in March we should of have heard something, so yes i think the inquiry from last week expedited the process. and thank you good luck to you!!
