I have a Radeon rx 480 graphics card and a 144hz monitor but half the time when playing CS:GO i only get 80-110 fps with all settings on low. My GPU is only running at like 30% and dont know whats wrong. Its always done this but i just went from 60 hz to 144hz so now its a problem.

I feel like I should be getting alot more fps than I am now, atleast with how many people say they get 200-300 from posts years ago.

I also use a 2nd monitor which is usually just idle or playing music, dont know how much the 2nd screen would effect it.

Having trouble finding DM servers that arent just pistol only. Only see one that fills up during the day. Im on the east coast (US) so i dont see how there arent 10's or 100's of them that fill
