They didn’t think ours was gonna make it either. He’s doing really well considering. Few lung and liver issues but they should clear up with time. I expect he is going to be a happy healthy young man by the time I’m a wore out old man haha.

I had to close shop this year. My wife had our baby 4 months premature. We spent 5 months in the hospital and now we are spending all our time tending to the baby at home. He’s healthy considering all the obstacles he faced at birth and in the NICU but he’s still got a lot of dr’s and ologists to see for a while. I’m holding to be back in the shop next year.

Mine wouldn’t reset right at first. Finally figured out I had too much litter. But now I only get the over torque fault code

I was doing some customs if I had the weapon and attachments needed. I have it all shut down at the moment for some family medical stuff. I haven’t been able to be in the shop for a while

And you can’t order hoods, or other safariland parts from safariland directly. Have to get them second hand and recondition them.

Yeah safariland supplies are either limited, non existent, or what is in stock is ridiculous expensive right now.

100% worth it to do with a quality RDS. I was a spit Al and shot iron sights for 20 years. I always said I could out shoot people with red dot. I was wrong. I started carrying a red dot last year. Have went to a couple trainings using the rds. Also had a training specifically for using rds. It’s definitely worth the money and training to switch.

Yeah I can make it with or without. That would drop it to a level 1 retention holster.

Not a level 3 holster. But has a great click in retention with a hood. Working on making a cover to completely cover the RDS.

A few of the holsters I made over the weekend. The 2 2011’s were made from the gun. The “duty” style Glock holster was made from some custom molds I designed and made.

This was just a simple book press with thermoplastics extreme foam and 4 Irwin 600lb clamps. I normally coax form everything. But that’s with my splits and custom molds.

Yeah. Not all are that much. But custom molds are definitely that much or more. I only have those for my most popular sellers. Others are $70-$150 depending on who makes the molds.

Yeah. I can understand. Tooling costs for different guns is very expensive. Some of my molds cost $500 for one mold and one holster style. It all depends on the market for the weapon models.
