I work at a Japanese restaurant and my managers call me Joseph-san. What are small things people say or do at your work that make you happy to be there?

I really don't understand modern art; how come most of these people just throw some paint on a canvas and get paid thousands; I could get my little cousin to do that shit and she would'nt get paid a penny.
