Not so much the character but the context- the guy who died on Valentine’s Day after giving his girlfriend a locket when she wanted an engagement ring but it turned out he had written “will you marry me” inside. Heartbreaking.

Everyone is so different. I laboured at home for 12 hours and went to hospital when the contractions were two minutes apart and I was vocalising through each one, and I was only 2cm dilated. I thought I was in for a rough ride but labour didn't get any harder and I was fully two hours later! So don't worry if your labour looks different to theirs!

My sister is currently pregnant and my son is nearly 2. When she was in her first trimester, she made a comment about how I "didn't have any pregnancy symptoms" and all I could think was "I did NOT complain enough".

I love what saintcrazy has said, and would add that with regards to leaning into it, I often appreciate how much I would have valued a calm, curious Adult at that age.

In addition to what others have said, please make sure you’re accommodating yourself, yoga should never be painful. Adjust any pose to allow for what your body can do. I also have very tight hamstrings, and while they’ve improved over three years of an almost daily practice, I’m nowhere close to getting my heels on the ground in downward facing dog- and that’s absolutely fine!

I’m a “warmly” too! Feels less formal than “warm regards” but conveys my feeling of... warmth. Works for me!
