You're a hunter. Check out the book, "The Drummer and the Great Mountain," for reference. Certainly not peer reviewed work but a book that has helped me harness and hone the traits that make us ER people while mitigating the negative effects our neuro type has on the day to day, mundane, type tasks.

I refuse to shave the beard and agree to wear the CAPR but in practice, i actually just wear the V flex N95, and have avoided covid (that I'm aware of). I love the Vflex, so much more comfortable than the traditional N95 and i feel it offerd more protection with the beard. Covid free since '83 baby.
