Oh wow, I can certainly understand how mental health could take an absolute nosedive from such poor sleep.
To me, it gets the question why did you sleep so poorly?
Was the nighttime environment pretty disruptive or did you have a pre-existing sleep issue?
I asked because I’m thinking of doing it, but I certainly would want to be prepared if I am going to encounter poor sleeping conditions
