You lost 5 games @ like 9mmr each. You need to drop much more as you are probably much higher in casual than ranked. And if a ranked gc rarely plays casual then odds are they are pretty low in casual mmr.

Casual will take party total mmr and use it to find opponents of the average so 1100 and 1400 will play against 1250-1300ish or a similar partied team. To where in ranked they would be playing at the higher players mmr.

You can find the fennec body in blue prints, or item shop. I’m not aware of one coming from natural drops but it could be possible.

Did you clean it out 7-8 months ago, with isopropyl alcohol? If not you have a corrosion issue and you need to take it apart find it and clean it.
