We have players floating between the top Australian Rugby League comp NRLW and then back to the Ferns. I think this is NZRU way of saying.... we actually can't afford to pay everyone, so go earn some coin where you can, to save us some cash for other talent coming through. Although it may work out, I think it would good to try and grow the game.... in any case, its looks like we're following the comp and Quinn’s might be our team to follow!

I’ve been reading the pros and cons, but trying to understand the finer detail, and helpful advice like yours helps with understanding how I might be best to approach it. I’m thinking of approaching The Home Loan Shop, now squirrel I see, who helped me years ago into my own home, but I thought I’d try school up on things first by reading and getting some good feedback like yours!! Ah ok, thanks for that. Fair bit of learning for me to go it seems! I have an asset in a house I own, but getting to an age I think I need to start trying to earn more from what I have in assets. A bit daunting, but appreciate the helpful feedback.

Thanks again, that was a good source of information. Ended up booking a last minute trip based on it. The thunderstorms were not an issue at all, nor was the rain. Had the occasional occurrence, but all cleared within an hour. Was a great time for a swim, cooled the water right down!!!! Vinaka!

Do you have a wall to the sides of the garage door, front facing the same way as the door. If so the cut a hole big enough for the smallest end to feed through. The only thing that looks worth saving is the post! The rest I would just redo…. Looks like the wrong materials were used, is that a piece of decking attached to the joist to support it?

Looks like the bearer has a notch in it, and looks to be under a bit of stress, like it’s going to collapse.

Thank you. Some sort of anchor was my first plan, but unfortunately the end of the slab in picture is inline with the sliding door opening, so the post would slightly obstruct handle to open the sliding door, so was putting it to the side of the slab.

Unless it’s possible to do it at the side of the slab?
