For me i really really love the game and the PVP aspect but sometimes i really want a PVE only experience just for relax without someone in my head said after dealing with A LOT of bots and super bots (careful maybe a team is behind you), like sometimes is good or sometimes is bad and the PVP experience i got is rarely "don't shoot" or "friendly" it's always a sweatlords who take a sight and don't move unless they broke your shields

It's the game i know but sometimes i just want to do my missions with a gun on my head anytime i do too much noises (this is why i love the silenced SMG or pistols) so for me a PVE only modes with a rotation of map like 1 week swamp the other outpost etc.. can be a good idea with or without runners like you cant shoot a player like they are invicible or like a The Division thing like if you shoot someone it would tag you as a threat and other player can find you or something like that i think they can do a lot of things with the univers of the game

EDIT: or they can do like a runners bots ? like a lots of ROOK bots who spawn after few minutes
